Our  mission is to guide you to a resolution without resolving to the costly legal system for both Landlord and Tenant. We have spent the past several years gathering, reading and using our own past experiences as Landlords and Tenants to organize this site.

We receive numerous requests for assistance. We try to answer in a 24 hour period, with some type of guidance - either on Internet, local legal assistance or just good old common sense and past experience.
