A gunman is in custody and his victim is hospitalized following a shooting in Greenpoint this afternoon, according to police.
Cops say the incident occurred at 2:34 p.m. outside 185 Greenpoint Avenue, near McGuinness Boulevard.
The NYPD did not confirm the victim’s condition with news media, reports are that the victim has died.
The media reports say the suspect is a 51-year-old male, and the victim is his landlord, with whom he got into a dispute.
